About Bitcoin Miner:
Absolute garbage. Controls are awkward and can’t be remapped. Time limit prevents any thought to planning your run. Hit boxes are completely borked — The air near your character will come into contact with the air near a saw and you’ll die. Control during jumps (and height of jumps) is insufficient, given the hit box issue. You’re also forced to run it in full screen, creating some weird proportions for those of us running ultra wide. Everything about this game is bad. If you have it, the only reason to tolerate this junk is to go for another +1 to your 100% achievement stat. Spend your time playing another game. You’ll thank me later. Alright, thought it might be somewhat decent platformer, since the reviewscores weren’t abysmal. I’ve had the pleasure of finding very playable games with the mixed and even lower rating. It’s your run-of-the-mill platformer, go from point a to point b, avoid things, unlock other things, jump and get to the end, and from time to time, i do enjoy simplistic games like this. Hooooowever, if you plan to make a platformer game, make sure the damn game works. Jumps work, when they want to work, well usually you are able to jump, but it’s completely random whether or not you’ll get enough height to your jump in order to get over said obstacle. And the absolutely worst part? The ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hitboxes, yes, i swore, i’m too pissed at the game to keep any sort of composure. The damn spinning blades and avoiding the hitboxes absolutely drove me crazy. Sometimes you can get over them with no problem, other times it doesn’t matter if you are even near the blade, you’ll get wasted and start over. Get used to this on some of the harder levels, a lot.
